Birthday Small 8 Bunting Neon

Our popular small sized bunting banner with 8 flags, made with “Sugar Cone” fabric by Kimberly Kight for Ruby Star Society. Fabric features adorable gummy bears, ice cream cones, bendy straws, and popsicles in neon colors. We used solid white fabric for the binding ties .
Approximately 84 inches long, with plenty of extra length at the ends for you to adjust. Small bunting flags measure 3 X 4 inches.
